Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from JK Merchiverse. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

a. Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

b. Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

c. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

d. Digital Downloads: There are no returns or refunds for digital downloads.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us: Send an email to jkmerchiverse@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

b. Approval: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

c. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.

Refunds

a. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

b. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please follow these steps:

a. Claims Submission: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

b. Required Documentation: Provide unboxing videos, pictures of the product showing the defects, and images of the original packaging.

c. Contact Us: Send the documentation to jkmerchiverse@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Exchanges for Incorrect Size or Non-Defective Reasons

If you would like to exchange a product due to ordering the wrong size or for non-defective reasons, you must initiate the return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please note that no refunds will be issued for such exchanges.
