1. Return & Replacement Window

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must:

✔️ Have all tags and packaging intact.
✔️ Not be a sale, clearance, or personalized item (unless damaged or defective).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
❌ Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective).
❌ Items returned after the 7-day return window.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

2️⃣ Provide Proof: Share clear images of the product, especially in case of damage or defects.
3️⃣ Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship it back.

  • Replacement: A new item will be shipped once we receive the returned product.
  • Refund: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Refund Method

💰 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
💡 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive a refund via store credit or bank transfer.
